Cancellations and No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved for you and your service provider. Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. If you miss your appointment without contacting us, the fee is 100% of the scheduled service price.

If you are running late, please call 804-740-1110. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. If there is not enough time to perform the service, the late-cancellation fee may apply.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as you can so we can review the circumstances.
